Having personally tested nearly every diet, workout method, and training system over thousands of hours, he’s become the ultimate guinea pig for what truly works for men over 40 who want to regain their strength, energy, and purpose.
He understands firsthand that it’s not just about looking fit—it’s about reducing pain from old injuries, countering the effects of age, and building a body that moves well, feels strong, and stays capable for life.
Working alongside him is his wife, a seasoned executive and general manager with deep experience in both the fitness and beauty industries, including senior roles with globally recognized brands.
Together, they represent a powerful blend of military discipline, proven science, and family-driven leadership—creating a program built not on trends or fads, but on real-world results for dads and older men who refuse to settle for less than their best.

At Dad’s Bod Fitness, we reject the stereotype of the “dad bod.” Our mission is to empower dads, grandads, and men of all ages to reclaim their strength, health, and purpose—physically and mentally— so they can lead their families with power, presence, and pride.
And while our mission begins with dads, it doesn’t end there—we welcome wives and children to train too. This is a family-centered environment where strength becomes a shared legacy and health is a household standard.

Each membership includes 5 days per week of expert-led, professionally designed programming. Workouts are tailored to your subscription level and goals. New workouts drop every week, so you will always know exactly what to do and never have to second-guess your training. Members will also have access to beginner programs to help them on-ramp, shredded programs to get lean, bulking programs to build size and strength, and special programs available inside our all-inclusive app. Members will also be part of a live training community where they can challenge themselves, follow the workouts, and try to keep up with all the dads out there.
